A global fin-tech company with a robust office located in Nassau, The Bahamas – Quantfury prides itself on highlighting excellence. In a collaboration for National Heroes Day, a few iconic Bahamians were chosen to be honored and highlighted in a brief video segment to be aired as a commercial. THG was brought in to handle co-production and various other facets of this project.

Opportunity

Every year, The Bahamas celebrates National Heroes Day to highlight those within the country who have contributed to culture and Bahamian history. To demonstrate their interest in Bahamian culture, the globalĀ  fintech company Quantfury decided to find ways to also celebrate Bahamian icons in a modern and relevant way – an opportunity fit for THG Marketing.

SOLUTION

When presented with the opportunity, the THG team began looking into various iconic Bahamian figures who also represented the values of Quantfury, to be highlighted in these features. Once selected by Quantfury, we went to work creating interview questions, drafting storyboards and animations to bring their vision to life, for all three icons: Andre Musgrove, Dame Marguerite Pindling and Leevan Sands. Locations were scouted, talent coordinated and when shoot days arrived, each icon was highlighted in a way that celebrated their story. Each feature was then uploaded to social media and featured on live television for National Heroes Day. Each full feature can also be shown below.
